When you haul different trailers, getting the height right keeps everything steady and safe. This adjustable mount gives you up to a 7" drop or 7-1/2" rise so you can match tongue heights across your setups. The platform slides along the shank in 1" increments, locking in securely with the included pins and clips for level, even towing every time.
This is a heavy-duty setup built for serious work. Tow up to 7,500 lbs with the 2" ball or up to 10,000 lbs with the 2-5/16" ball. The steel shank and high-yield tubing deliver solid strength mile after mile, while stainless steel pins keep connections tight and rust-resistant under load.
When you’re done towing, flip the ball and platform under the hitch so it’s out of sight and out of the way. No more bruised shins or bulky metal sticking out behind the truck. Just pull the pins, rotate the platform beneath the receiver, and clip it back in place for a clean setup that’s ready for daily driving.
Road grime, rain, and salt take their toll on exposed gear. The dual-process chrome plating on the shank and hitch balls fights corrosion and keeps things looking sharp after long trips. Combined with stainless pins and solid steel construction, this mount stays reliable season after season.
The built-in channel along both sides of the shank not only lets you adjust height but also locks out removal when it’s installed in your hitch. Even if someone pulls the platform pins, it stays captured inside the shank until you take out the entire mount—adding peace of mind when leaving your trailer hitched or parked.
Note: To avoid the Tow & Stow hitting steep driveways or curbs, we recommend at least 11" of clearance between the ground and the lowest point of the drop hitch, as seen above.

Extremely well built and very substantial. Comes with a Lifetime warranty . . . but I doubt I’ll ever need to use it given its construction. Received it in just a couple days after placing the order.
High quality. Very nice hitch. I wish that they sold a single ball swivel. On the lowest setting the 2 5/8 ball plows the ground on our rough access road. They would not sell me a used or damaged unit that I could cut off the ball in order to give me a little more clearance. Nice system that I would purchase again, though.
I love this hitch. With a locking pin, it stays on my truck all the time. Here’s why:
Height adjustment. This truck was tall when I bought it, so I needed the drop for my trailers to ride level.
3 balls. We have 3 trailers of different sizes and weights, so all 3 balls get used.
And a step! Even when not towing, I use this step to access the bed all the time.
Fits my 3” receiver without an adapter.
Spend the money and you will have no regrets down the road.
B&W Tow & Stow 2-ball hitch. 1 year review, this has been an excellent hitch. There when you need it, and out of the way when you don't. Also very secure with the locking accessory, and no worry about pins coming out. Would absolutely recommend.
Bought for stock 2026 F350. Works perfectly and as described. Super helpful input from Adam re:sales and question about locking pin. Helpful, knowledgeable, called me and left VM with direct line to call back.
Probably could have done 5” drop instead for stock height but still plenty of clearance.
It’s great for storing the ball mount right on the hitch and not killing your shins.
These work great! I use them for connecting my trailer chaines to my truck when towing. A little work to get on if you don't have the right tools to make it easy but great to have. I would definitely purchase again if and when needed.
This is a very well designed adjustable ball mount and it fits just right on my Renegade RV. I’m looking forward to seeing how it performs.
Yup. this is the bomb in terms of hitches. leave it attached to my F250 basically all the time. Both my dump trailer and RV have 2 5/16", but nice to have the 2" readily available in case it is needed. and so nice to fold it back under out of the way without taking the whole hitch off. it is well designed and well made.

Found etrailer through online seaches and using youtube to understand the options available for ball mounts etc. for a 2025 Honda Ridgeline. Found their videos to be outstanding in explaining the different options and making excellent recommendations. Chatted with a rep also that was extremely helpful. Once I ordered, etrailer was quick to respond via email acknowledging the sale, messaged when the items were sent, and then followed when they were delivered. All happened within 3 days. Both products I purchased worked exactly as described. Easy to setup and get everything on and used them yesterday and everything worked perfectly. Everything you can expect from a towball mount. It is a quality build.I had the 3” shank mount on my old truck. The new truck has a 2 1/2” receiver, so there was no doubt as to which brand I was going to buy. The stow option is convenient when it’s needed. It can be a shin saver!
Absolute beautiful work of art!! Could not be more pleased! Super heavy duty piece! I purchase B&W solely because it’s made in America!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And again etrailer knocks it out of the park with great prices and awesome videos showing how everything works.
Haven’t towed anything with it yet. I’m excited I can now switch between my four different trailers and keep my Rock Tamers always on the truck. My only wish is that the shank was just a tad longer for when the rock tamers are installed and that it was a solid steel piece.

This hitch is amazing. The best thing is it’s American made. The first one I ordered was too big for my truck. I called Amy and she helped me purchased the correct one. She is very knowledgeable and very patient. I received this one in the mail. It was shipped in the original box took it out and installed it immediately. I really loved the way that the ball folds back underneath the truck. Hopefully this will save my shins.

This is by far the best hitch if have ever had. Sturdy design with no give or wiggle when accelerating and breaking when pulling a heavy load. Easily tucks under when not in use. Love this hitch. It’s super easy to switch and since I have trailers with different size balls this is super handy as I don’t have to carry around extra hitches. Plus the chrome looks great on my truck, a nice added shine
Its my third B&W mount, one or each oif my three trucks. Think I like it? You bet. They bare great for jockeying trailers around my farm and where trailers do not have special weight distributing hitch features.
